class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9670\u745c\u4f3d\u662f\u4e0a\u73ed\u65cf\u653e\u9b06\u80a9\u9838\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u9078\u64c7\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u88e1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u6d41\u745c\u4f3d (Vinyasa Yoga) \u6216\u54c8\u9054\u745c\u4f3d (Hatha Yoga) \u591a\u5c6c\u65bc\u300c\u967d\u6027\u300d\u7df4\u7fd2\uff0c\u5f37\u8abf\u808c\u8089\u7684\u6536\u7e2e\u8207\u529b\u91cf\uff1b\u800c <strong>\u9670\u745c\u4f3d (Yin Yoga)<\/strong> \u5247\u6070\u6070\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u5b83\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u662f\u8eab\u9ad4\u6df1\u5c64\u7684\u7d50\u7de0\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982
