class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5f8c\u5f4e\u548c\u91cd\u529b\u5b9a\u5411<\/h3><p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6211\u60f3\u8aaa\u7684\u662f\u5728\u7df4\u7fd2\u5f8c\u5f4e\u9ad4\u4f4d\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u8655\u65bc\u4ef0\u81e5\uff08\u81c9\u671d\u4e0a\uff09\u6216\u4fef\u81e5\uff08\u81c9\u671d\u4e0b\uff09\u3002\u4f46\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f60\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5074\u81e5\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\uff1a\u5074\u5f13\u5f0f\uff08Parsva Dhanurasana\uff09\uff0c\u6216\u8005\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u662f\u5f9e\u5782\u76f4\u65bc\u5730\u9762\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\uff1a\u5f9e\u624b\u5012\u7acb\u5f0f\u3001\u8dea\u59ff\u6216\u7ad9\u59ff\u7b49\u904e\u6e21\u52d5\u4f5c\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9996\u8981\u539f\u5247\u662f\u91cd\u529b\u662f\u6210\u70ba\u5728\u8f14\u52a9\u4f60\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u5728\u62b5\u5236\u4f60\uff08\u571615.1\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u80a1\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p><figure
