class=\"wp-block-heading\">#\u547c\u5438\u6cd5<\/h3><p>\u300a\u5bcc\u6bd4\u58eb\u300b\uff08Forbes\uff09\u96dc\u8a8c\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u5e6b\u52a9\u5e73\u8861\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u964d\u4f4e\u5ee3\u6cdb\u6027\u7126\u616e\u75c7\uff08GAD\uff0cGeneralized anxiety disorder\uff09\u3002\u7df4\u7fd2\u745c\u4f3d\u9664\u4e86\u9ad4\u5f0f\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u547c\u5438\u4e5f\u662f\u9700\u8981\u7279\u5225\u9700\u8981\u7df4\u7fd2\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u9ad4\u5f0f\u9700\u8981\u642d\u914d\u4e0d\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u5c08\u6ce8\u547c\u5438\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/helloyogis.com\/magazine\/2021\/10\/30\/pranayama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u547c\u5438\u65b9\u5f0f<\/a>\uff0c\u8b93\u5927\u8166\u5b78\u7fd2\u653e\u9b06\uff0c\u9593\u63a5\u70ba\u8eab\u9ad4\u5e36\u4f86\u76ca\u8655\u3002<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u8179\u5f0f\u547c\u5438<\/h4><ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong>\u745c\u4f3d\u666e\u904d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\u662f\u300c\u8179\u5f0f\u547c\u5438\u300d\uff0c\u7528\u809a\u5b50\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u5e36\u8457\u547c\u5438\uff0c\u5c07\u6c23\u5438\u5165\u4e26\u7a4d\u84c4\u65bc\u8179\u90e8\uff0c\u518d\u4e00\u6b21\u5410\u51fa\u3002<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u76ca\u8655\uff1a<\/strong>\u8179\u5f0f\u547c\u5438\u5176\u5be6\u5c31\u662f\u4fd7\u7a31\u7684\u6df1\u547c\u5438\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u9054\u5230\u653e\u9b06\u808c\u8089\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u6539\u5584\u8eab\u9ad4\u75b2\u52de\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u7126\u616e\u548c\u8212\u7de9\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u60f3\u8981\u589e\u52a0\u80ba\u6d3b\u91cf\u8005\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u591a\u7df4\u7fd2\u8179\u5f0f\u547c\u5438\u3002<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u5b8c\u5168\u5f0f\u547c\u5438<\/h4><ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a\u5b8c\u5168\u5f0f\u547c\u5438\u662f\u7d9c\u5408\u8179\u5f0f\u547c\u5438\u548c\u80f8\u5f0f\u547c\u5438\u7684\u9032\u968e\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5efa\u8b70\u5206\u5225\u5c07\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5169\u7a2e\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\u7df4\u7fd2\u597d\uff0c\u518d\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u7a2e\u8907\u5408\u7684\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\u3002<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>\u76ca\u8655\uff1a\u6b64\u7a2e\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\u80fd\u7d50\u5408\u8179\u5f0f\u8207\u80f8\u5f0f\u547c\u5438\u7684\u512a\u9ede\u3002\u5728\u7df4\u7fd2\u745c\u4f3d\u6642\u53ef\u4ee5\u7279\u5225\u7559\u610f\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f46\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u54ea\u7a2e\u5c31\u662f\u6700\u597d\u7684\u5f37\u5236\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5e73\u65e5\u9084\u662f\u4ee5\u81ea\u5df1\u8212\u670d\u7684\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\u70ba\u4e3b\u5594\uff01<\/li><\/ul><h3
